About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learn the hiring techniques, portals, screening resumes, pitching candidates, and helping with the end-to-end interview process with Managers & CXO levels
2. Recruit mid to senior level to help with leadership hiring
3. Combine candidate documents, conduct due diligence & reference checks
4. Learn how to prepare CTC structures & offer letters
5. Onboard your candidate
