Designation: Officer Technical Support
Role involves supporting enterprise customer Data Centre Technologies.
Monitoring Infra monitoring tools, consoles, mailbox and ticketing in ITSM tool.
Receiving customer calls and logging tickets in ITSM tool.
Event management for the tickets, following up with internal teams, customers and vendors.
Responsible in meeting resolution SLA.
Prepare reports – daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Follow standard help desk procedures
Routing calls / cases to respective teams – Skill based routing
2 ) SEMI TECHNICAL : ATNT /OPTUS – NON VOICE PROCESS
Process Name: Semi-Technical Process (ISP Broadband Queries)
Work Location: Bangalore
Salary package: 16 K -23 K+ Night shift allowances/over-time allowances/medical benefits also provided.
Cab Services: Provided both the ways.
