The Opportunity Responsible for finding automation / process improvment opportunities in team’s day to day tasks and builiding tools/utilities/scripts. Works on complex Dummy data requirements where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of scope and implementation approach. Exercise judgement in selecting implementation methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside areas of own expertise(BU/CPT/Engineering/IT). May have matrix reporting relationships across business units. Monitoring cost on pre-sales AEP instances. What you’ll Do Working with team to deliver use cases with real looking data from the demo prespective for AEP. Take responsibility for leading developers and acting as SCRUM master in absence of PM # Proactively gather and evaluate stakeholder feedback. Identify and continuous improvements in the implementation approach, technical design, resource utilisation. Utilize your deep multi-solution experience to align DX solutions to the prospect’s functionality requirements and solution objectives. Leading scoping calls with internal/external stakeholders. Making sure delivery timelines are met and taking responsibility for execution plan. # Working with project architect to define and evaluate implementation and deployment architectures. Project documentation and socialization to leadership, sales, partners and professional services. Ensuring implementation/security standards and best practices are documented and being followed in the team. Tasks assignment based on capacity, skills and expertise. Show the developers better ways of doing things and help them improve their skills so that we all become better at our jobs. # Guide and implement various solutions for disaster management. Infra specific: Configure and maintain Jenkins for code deployment. Collaborate with security and development teams to deploy the application architecture adhering to security guidelines. Data Specific Defining model, schemas and data flows. Analysing cost feeds shared by BU. Monitoring cost factors, highlighting unusal spikes and coordinating with stakeholders to take necessary steps keep the cost in control. Working with SCs/ internal teams (POC/demo team) to understand their frequesnt requirements during, after the AEP demo/POC. Utilising skills to build tools/scripts which can save their time and increase efficiency. What you need to succeed Deep expertise/certification in one of the DX solutions – AEP, AA, AEP, Magento, Target, Campaign, Marketo etc with architect certification. Front end programming languages – HTML, Javascript, CSS and related frameworks. Backend programming languages like Python, R, Ruby, PHP. Database storage solutions like JSON, SQL. Able to design and implement APIs (REST, SOAP). Able to manage and distribute tasks, skilled with good communication and people abilities. Ability to think of automation in every aspect of data generation process we do. Skills to analyse automation requirement and implement it using feasible technology. Able to manage complex CI scenarios and operate on the defined SLA levels Should be having basic knowledge of Docker. Leadership capabilities. Good reporting skills to get cost related insights. Ability to derive budgets based on historical cost trends.
