NSX-ALB ( Avi Loadbalancer ) is the fastest growing enterprise software loadbalancer. Avi is deployed by 80% of the Fortune 100 companies catering critical applications for IT, healthcare, banking enterprises. The deployments of ADC are across multi-clouds & different on-Prem environment including vCenter, NSX, Openstack, K8s etc.and the team strives in designing , innovating new features to help ease our Customer needs. Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing You will need to understand, triage , debug Customer deployments which are Escalated by the Support team. You will need to quickly understand the scale of the customer problem and work with the Engineering team to help provide solutions. You will be regularly evaluated on the quality of the product you create and the continued advancement of your technical skills in an environment that looks to expand them. You will have to collaboratively work across other teams What type of work will you be doing What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis You will triage Customer Escalation cases related to loadbalancing, cloud environments, K8s You will implement and improve processes around Escalation & Patch release process. You care and have strong RESTful API design, including API versioning, You will also contribute to the in-house customer lab & python automation.
