Organization : Techwave Consulting () Job Title: Engg service Administration role Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Desirable from a Telecom, Utility, Transport Industry) Job type(Fulltime / Contract): Fulltime Work Location : GDC, Hyderabad – 500081 About Project & Domain: (Need not to mention client name) Engg service Administration role Role and Responsibilities: . Manually entering street details by ADA designs provided and drawing them accordingly by using tools in portal and saving the generated files in share point and updating them in tracker . Maintaining confidentiality on reports generated . Quality Checks of respective fields related to designs . Handling client calls and resolving queries . Internal trainings whenever necessary . Handling process end to end . Flexibility in changing processes and meet procedures to meet team goals and responsibilities . Demonstrate positive relationships with client, Vendor, Team members and provide customer service as needed . Forecast volume and handle requests within given SLA’s . Review polices, procedure, and processes and able to update SOP on timely basis when there is a change in process activities/system . Exceptions needs to be documented on timely basis . Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager. . Update all required Trackers on daily basis . Submit daily update, update Final Status Tracker, Submit to stake holder . Maintaining confidentiality on reports generated . Quality Checks of respective fields related to tracker . Handling client calls and resolving queries . Internal trainings whenever necessary . Handling End to End Process . Flexibility in changing processes and meet procedures to achieve team goals and responsibilities . Additional Activities based on future scope . Should be able to handle large volumes Required Skills (Must have & Good to have): Technical Skills Required: hands on experience on MS-Excel Intermediate, advanced Functional Skills Required: Strong decision making and analytical ability are required Educational Qualification: B.E/Btech in civil/Mechanical/ECE/EEE/Polytechnic with Excellent written and Verbal communication skills Flexible with shift timings, Week off: Sat-Sun Week off AutoCAD Knowledge is preferred
