Responsibilities –
Management Team Member
Single point contact for the day-to-day functioning of an IT Service Delivery team.
Set up and manage operations to:Deliver quality and timely services as required by SLAs and OLAs.
Develop and maintain Service Delivery Plans and Service Management process documents to ensure efficient Service Delivery.
Monitor Service Delivery and take corrective actions
Ensure service delivery reviews occurs, and action are taken to close pending action items.
Invoke DRP procedures or workarounds to continue Service Delivery in case of failures.
Shift planning to ensure availability of right skilled resources as needed.
Prepare and maintain Multi Skills charts to ensure continuous learning in the team in order to meet Customer expectations
Approve operability of new or modified services prior to service activation
Provide regular feedback on operational performance
Participate in operations planning, design, development, deployment, and modification
Drive Service Improvement plans
Ensure all organizational objectives and policies are met within their teams
Responsible for Team development
Identify and setup team with required skills
Mentor, coach the team.
Skill development, provide necessary trainings
Secure commitment from vendors and other dependant groups.
Long term planning to ensure Service Delivery and Continuous improvement.
Perform periodic reviews within the team
Participate in Management Review meeting
Key Authorities:
To manage delivery resources as required
To resolve service delivery issues and escalate unresolved issues to management /other key stakeholders
To drive service improvements in the delivery / account under the guidelines of the organization
- To manage service delivery as per agreed service requirements, targets and processes
Skills –
