HS&W LS IT SME
Work Experience:
- Total 7-10 Years of experience in Life Science IT Industry, with good understanding of Pharma/Life Science Domain in general
- Experience in areas of Life Scinece, that includes Deep industry experience in Life Science sector across R&D Functions, Manufacturing & Quality, Lab Operations and Commercial
Requisite Skill Sets
- Working Knowledge and good Understanding of R&D Functions like Clinical Trials, Pharmacovigilance etc, Manufacturing IT Systems, Supply Chain and Commercial Systems
- Understands Regulatory Compliance and Validation
- Understanding of Laboratory Information Management- Systems
- Understanding of Pharmacovigilance & Case Management
- Project management, bid management, stakeholder management to provide qualitative and customized solutions to the prospect
- Sound research & MS Office skills to support HSW Team in multiple endeavours
- Good Inter-personal, Communication & Analytical skills
Role Requirements
- Assisting with Consulting engagements including POV’s, Market research, Client Profiling, competitor analysis, SWOT Analysis, GTM strategies
- Providing domain expertise on Life science Value Chain like R&D / Manufacturing / Supply chain/ Commercial
- Have worked on for response to RFPs/ RFIs/proactive pitches and sole discovery opportunities, from HSW domain perspective
- Closely working with Delivery/ Technology/ Horizontals/HR/Transition/Automation/ Pricing teams and anchoring the solutions to take to the client
- Develop proposal storyboards and case studies and conduct proposal quality reviews, client visit management
- Carrying out current state and future state analysis and able to do the gap assessment both functional & technical. Provide consultancy to client for the best approach for solution implementation
- Ability to contribute towards the innovation by advising tools/accelerators which can be integrated to a solution
