About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with the marketing team to plan product promotions & campaigns
2. Becoming very comfortable with writing in the Assystant brand voice
3. Gaining a deep understanding of our products and marketing strategies
4. Researching copy angles, gathering social/scientific proof, and understanding market messaging
5. Understanding our audiences’ wants, needs, and pain points
6. Crafting compelling copy for a variety of mediums/campaigns including emails, websites, product pages, landing pages, ads, videos, webinars, transactional pages, and social
7. Working closely with marketing and optimization teams to write new emails, headlines, sales pages, etc. for testing and optimization
8. Telling persuasive stories and creating copy/campaigns that evoke emotion, create credibility, and inspire action
9. Writing copy that is clear, compelling, and concise but also compassionate and creative
10. Writing a wide variety of digital marketing materials under tight deadlines
11. Participating in, and occasionally lead, brainstorming sessions with fellow writers, designers, and marketing managers
