JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary job function Provides daily business support for Global Clinical Operations (GCO) Clinical Training & Quality team related to Learning Management System (LMS) administration and management, clinical document control administration and management, clinical study training and employee support. Core Job responsibilities Learning Management System (LMS) administration and management: Supports LMS administration & management to ensure global GCO employees are trained to perform their activities Proficient knowledge of LMS functionality and reporting Ensures effective and timely communication, monitoring, and promotion of learning activities Liaises with management to continuously improve the learning process and/or system Understanding of current customer needs, anticipates and addresses issue, escalating as applicable May author and review learning documentation/material for peers Gives input to departmental work instructions Global GCO employee training program: Administrative support for Global GCO training program Global Document system management Supports clinical document administration & management for Global GCO Proficient knowledge of document control functionality and reporting Administrative responsibilities include functions such as event management, calendar management, expense reports, creating or modifying business documents, graphic support, coordination and maintenance of departmental files and spreadsheets, and other administrative duties as required. Individual contributor with knowledge acquired from several years of experience in Office Administration Works independently Instructs and coaches contractors and staff augmentation Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures Supervisory/management responsibilities Direct: 0 Indirect: 0-2 Position accountability/scope Reports to Associate Manager/Manager/Sr Manager/Associate Director Global Clinical Operations. Minimum education Bachelor’s degree Minimum experience/training required Minimum 3 year experience in office administration Minimum 2 year experience in medical device or other regulated industry Experience in preparing and delivering presentations Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook Knowledge of adult learning delivery techniques and general principles of adult learning is a plus Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.
