Description: Work Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Noida Exp Level: 5 to 10 Years Job Description: . Minimum of 5-8 years experience as a Business Analyst with The US healthcare client and Health IT projects . Work with US customers in night shift . Fair Knowledge on Patient Registration i.e. Admission, Discharge and Transfers . Fair Knowledge on Clinical data sources E.g. EDI, ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, 837I, 837P, CCDA, QRDA, HL7, FHIR, EMR . Understanding different HIPAA measures (DSRIP / MIPS / ECQM / HEDIS / HCPCS etc) . Ability to understand and develop data mapping documents, Technical Documentation and Specification document . Excellent documentation skills and knowledge of various approaches for requirements analysis and documentation . Experience with defining test cases and test scripts . Conduct internal and client UAT sessions before release . Work with business stakeholders and decision makers to gather and define business and functional requirements, and technical specification. . Create detailed documentation of features and functions . Define processes and workflows to improve product development activities . Collaborate in the planning and design of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications . Candidate should be open to work as per US client schedule (Be available for at least 1st half of US shift running in CST) Note: Need resource have exp in Health Care Domain.
