Job description: Manage ClearDekho.com Optical Retail Store as per the store operating guidelines- Conduct comprehensive eye test (both subjective & objective) for each patient coming in store- Conduct sales of all optical goods and explain customers in detail about the frames, lenses & contact lenses as per requirement- Convert 100% customers and aim to cross-sell & up-sell- Responsible for the overall look n feel up the store.- Proper record keeping of all sales through sales register, cash management and expenses management troubleshooting any complaints regarding glasses dispensed from the stores.- Achieve all sales targets as given by management- Increase revenue and sales- Perform other duties as guided by the reporting manage (ref:biojoby.com)
