Qualifications: Any Graduate. PMP certification is preferred.
Mandatory Skills: Pharmacovigilance Transitions,
- GM – 16-18 + Years overall exp & 8-10 Years core Life sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Management transitions exp.
- At least 8+ years of experience in Life sciences Pharmacovigilance Transition and Project Management
- PMP/PRINCEII Certification is preferred.
- Experience in CDM, PV, medical devices-order management or revenue cycle management [anyone]
- Experience in CDM, PV, medical devices-order management or revenue cycle management [anyone]
- Experience in Cost Management, Time Management, Team Management and Schedule adherence.
- Exposure to RFP/RFI management including Due diligence.
- Experience in managing global team. Delivery experience of managing 100+ FTEs preferred (nice to have).
- Green Belt Certification is preferred or Quality certification
- Should be willing to travel… this is a travel job and will require extensive travelling.
- Executive presence and skill to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Drive efficiency using Automation and other improvement projects
- Manage project costs and keep them low
- Be a leader and give overall direction to the transition /project team.
- Excellent communication skills & coordination skills
