50% of Time
- Responsible for the oversight of the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical definitions to be used in the identification of chronic conditions, gaps in care, and related content, utilizing clinical terminologies such as ICD-10, CPT-4, HCPCS, NDC, LOINC & others. Clinical content may include medical conditions, clinical quality measures, and value sets
- Responsible to research of evidence-based and clinical best practices standards into a coded structure, to be used in analytic models
- Acts as a subject matter expert on the use of clinical data to drive meaningful analysis in reports, analytics models and/or clinical definitions
- Acts as a clinical expert to assist in projects related to data interoperability among electronic data sources
40 % of Time
- Works with expanded teams on clinically oriented projects, supporting roadmap work for EXL’s Population Health Platform
- Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure completion in a timely fashion and within scope
- Ability to extract and combine data from multiple clinical sources to derive meaningful analysis, leading to project success
- Coordinates with multiple stakeholders to drive excellence in every project & deliver outstanding results
10% of Time
- Working with the team to support key analytic initiatives within the company, not only those tied to Healthcare Analytics
