Job description: Assistant Manager – Technical with 08 -14 years relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for handling the Technical Design activities & was closely involved in sample review approval process. Responsible for continuous vendor TD training programs and analyzing risk factor of the product and provide solution. Should have pattern knowledge and also worked on the Software of Optitex, Browzwear and CLO. Having sound to read and understand pattern correction and implementation in Pre and post activities. Responsible for FIT, PPS & TOP. Work experience on dress form fitting. Knowledge of pattern (manual & CAD-2D/3D). Review pattern amendments by vendor and provide solution wherever needed. Working with pattern graders to pre-production garments and advising cutters and machinists on making up samples. Knowledge of Fabric consumption calculation & marker planning. Demonstrate an understanding of pattern cutting, construction and manufacturing techniques. Exceptional eye for technical detail to consistently ensure the correct documentation is used and followed. Confident and clear communication skills; both verbal and written to work productively alongside other Product teams and external suppliers Ensuring that CTD followed the SOP. CTD monitoring, Training & assessment. Examine PPS vs production and share callouts.
