Job Description:
Teva Global Pharmacovigilance is currently seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist II to join their dynamic and energetic department. The Pharmacovigilance team is responsible for monitoring adverse events associated with Teva’s products during both the development and post-marketing phases, with a primary focus on ensuring patient safety.
Responsibilities of the Pharmacovigilance Specialist II include:
• Processing adverse event reports obtained from various post-marketing sources into Teva’s global safety database.
• Handling diverse types of reports, including those sourced from the scientific literature, Teva partners (other pharmaceutical companies), Health Authorities, non-interventional studies, and other programs.
• Conducting adverse events coding using the Medical Dictionary for Regulatory Activities (MedDRA) and drug coding in the Company Product Dictionary.

• Assessing seriousness and labeling of adverse events and preparing submissions to health authorities.
• Collaborating with global Pharmacovigilance units and local representatives from various countries.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of an efficient and robust Pharmacovigilance system.
