Job description: Title – Study Director – ToxicologyRoles & Responsibilities:- Plan| Perform | Record | Report | Archive the scientific tests- Acute studies (AOT, ADT, ADI, AEI and skin sensitization)- Repeated toxicology studies (14/28/90 day)- Reproduction toxicology studies (Segment I, II, III)- Teratology Studies- Toxicokinetic Studies- Manage all the procedures that contribute to a GLP study. Assure Scientific | Administrative | Regulatory aspects of study are controlled.- Review and prepare draft study plan/amendment for toxicity studies.- Review raw data for accuracy and completeness by following ALCOA+ principles.- Superior study report writing abilities- Coordinate and establish clear communication links with supporting departments- Participate in the review and revision of SOP’s.- Literature support and review for research work.- Usage, validation, calibration and maintenance of apparatus- To be a proactive on procuring the chemicals and requirements as per the studies.Desired Candidate Profile:– Minimum of Master’s degree, ideally 3-5 years of experience with relevance to Toxicology.- Proficient in English with good communication and writing skills.- Knowledgeable pertaining to GLP principles and global regulatory guidelines.- Efficient utilisation of time with appropriate scheduling of given tasks.- Active involvement, work ownership and accomplishment of organisation goals.- Professional stability is mandatory during job switch over.
