We are looking for a talented and experienced marketer to lead the Technical Product Marketing team for Industries. At ServiceNow, Technical Product Marketing drives a deep product and solution understanding. We inspire customers with compelling visual assets that show the innovation and differentiation of the ServiceNow platform, digital workflows and solutions and deliver value for customers. This is a leadership role reporting to the Director of Technical Product Marketing and is part of the Platform and Technical Marketing leadership team. What you get to do in this role: Leadership of the technical product marketing team that: Creates innovative experiences that make it easy to understand the value of ServiceNow’s Industry product and solutions portfolio while highlighting our key differentiators. Supports product launches, marketing programs, company and industry events and global campaigns with content, demos, and messaging to drive demand. Delivers compelling and differentiated demo content in support of the Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and other key analyst engagements Your team builds rapport with internal stakeholders, so they have the assets they need to increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, referrals, and renewals. Work cross-functionally and within Product and Solutions Marketing to reimagine how we work to drive operational effectiveness for Industries Technical Product Marketing. Collaborate and partner with Product Management, Sales, Solution Consultants, and across Global Marketing to deliver differentiated and engaging technical marketing content drive industry segments in their growth. Qualifications Requirements 10+ years of product management, product marketing, or general marketing experience with at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS/PaaS, preferred. Strong demo experience with a track record of customizing/targeted storytelling. Strong ability to inspire and coach, with a proven track record of hiring, managing, and leading high-performance teams. Very strong written communication skills along with storytelling, content customization, and project management. Results-driven, and comfortable with both the analytical and creative sides of marketing Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
