As a Data Architect, this role involves strong collaboration, engagement, and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met with 100% accuracy along with strong analytic background Why this role is important to us: The team you will be joining is a part of State Street’s MO Enterprise Servicing Platform (ESP), provides a complete middle office solution to State Street clients. It gives asset owners and managers a dynamic, customizable, and scalable self-service platform for all their data needs. ESP allows for easy integration with batch, real time and one-time data sources from upstream applications, clients or 3rd party data providers. What you will be responsible for: As a Data Architect responsible for managing the ESP client requirements liaison with business team to understand the scope of requirements, priority, and the delivery dates. Understand the Client requirements and translate them into User stories. Work with Agile team to have the stories developed in agile lab. coordinate with internal test and business test team to receive signoff of the stories. Work with agile team and help promote the changes to production to meet the client committed delivery dates. Manage and internally track the status and follow the deployment process to meet the deadlines and prioritize as per client needs. Work with the other DA team and support them as needed. Support the production release deployment cycle based on release schedule. Qualifications: Equivalent to a BS degree in Finance, Business or related field. At least 3 years of related experience, preferable on banking domain. Good interpersonal, organizational and management skills. Demonstrated computer proficiency and working knowledge of various software applications. Ability to develop and enhance client relationships. Experience on Agile methodology, RTC and SQL must. Additional requirements: Must have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with global stakeholders and possess exceptional ability to prioritize work priorities. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the initiative and capability to collaborate with a diverse stakeholder base to deliver timely with high quality output Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail Must possess good analytical skills.
