Job description: Roles and Responsibilities :- The company moves with a sense of urgency to deliver innovations that improve the quality of life of patients, inspired by the surgeons and healthcare providers who treat them.- Since we are in continued pursuit of better patient care, hence we understand that speed is critical because life cannot wait.Role & Responsibilities :- The Product Manager, will be responsible to lead/ support the product development team with a wide range of marketing activities.- This position will also be the primary liaison between each product development group and the sales personnel.- Independently manage multiple projects to ensure timely completion of product development and marketing responsibilities.- Create and manage project plan for each project in conjunction with the engineers.- Lead coordination & project documentation, team activities including kick-off meetings, design review meetings, verification/ validation, for multiple projects within group.- Develop market plan for all the product introduction.- Perform and maintain market analysis by each product segment to identify new product offerings and line extensions.- Ensure the company has all the best product offering in Orthopedic Implant Industry.- Forecast and manage inventory for all projects / products in group.- Develop technique guides, product literature, brochures & sales support information.- Obtain market feedback from Trauma surgeons and other customers to determine functional and design specifications for new product development.- Ensure Compliance with country specific government laws, rules, and regulations, in the United States, Europe, APAC & ME, by completing introductory and annual training and maintain complete knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role.- Please note this job description is not exhaustive comprehensive.
