Job Description
Tasks
1. Understanding of customer requirements and preparing Work Break Down structure from that
2. Support Engineering Manager with daily activities of tracking technical tasks, status update and ontime task delivery with good quality
3. Discussing with customer projects and different stakeholders on technical requirements, negotiation of timeline based on project status, come up with solution for customer requests in discussion with team
4. Identify risks and plan for mitigation and contingency of the same for task delivery
5. Schedule tasks in mpp
6. Ensure process is followed for all tasks without deviation before delivery
Profile:
Mandatory Competencies
1. Good understanding of automotive domain – AUTOSAR, Bus systems like CAN, FR, ETHERNET
2. Should have knowhow Software Development Life Cycle, Traceability of requirement, tools used for RDCT and ASPICE process
3. Should have software development experience in embedded domain, preferably in automotive
4. Good communication(oral and written), presentation skill, positive attitude
5. Able to work with scenario having prioritization of tasks and delivery timeline from customer
6. Knowhow of how to do scheduling in microsoft project plan
Desirable Skills
- PMP certification
- Good analytical skill

Qualifications
BE (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Computer Science), ME , M.Tech
