Job Description : MBBS Doctor with Exp in Health Insurance Open File Review ( OFR ) , Closed File review ( CFR) of Health Claims TPA Audits with an objective to reduce average claim (ACS) Medical Management of TPA serviced policies/ accounts Investigation & Loss Mitigation (ILM) coordination – Continuous engagement in refining the triggers toincrease success rate of on field investigations, TAT maintenance Handling of Legal & Ombudsman Cases ,creation of database& review of long pending cases Value inputs on Repudiation of claimsto prevent potential litigations Training – Advancements in Medical Field& Learnings from Audit , ILM & Litigated cases Desirable Skills : 1.Good communication skills. 2.Flexible & adaptable to change. 3.Well versed with MS Office. 4.Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. Education/Qualification:MBBS Years Of Exp :8 to 10 Years
