This role supports top pharma and life sciences companies across the world with their requirements in the health economics area, to successfully achieve pricing and reimbursement for innovative drugs. This role would primarily require research and data analysis, report generation, collaboration with our world-class global subject matter experts and working with clients. Responsibilities Performs database and literature searches to provide a situation review and analysis, in the form of comprehensive and structured reports, on the evidence available with respect to various health economics and outcomes aspects such as clinical, epidemiological, burden of disease, treatment patterns, unmet needs, etc. Contribute to the intellectual planning and design of Systematic Literature Review (SLR)/Targeted Literature Review (TLR) projects at proposal writing stage Undertake SLR/TLR projects from design, including screening, data extraction, qualitative summary and report writing Review HEOR deliverables on multiple projects including word reports, summary findings deck, manuscripts, GVDs, etc. and provide effective feedback to the team Proactively identifies risks to project delivery and raises them with associated resolution actions to Project Director Builds rapport/ relationships with client colleagues and actively strengthens and builds personal networks Performs project management and leadership responsibilities, in terms of Leading a team for successful delivery of a project, with complete ownership of deliverables Manage and oversight multiple projects for its delivery within time and required quality Management of team members in terms of providing guidance, oversight and required support Act as the first point of contact with the client and SMEs as required Performs operational responsibilities, including Training and development of new as well as existing employees, as and when required Participating in internal initiatives and/or business development activities, as and when required Job Requirements Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has: Ph.D. or postgraduate degree in life sciences/pharma (preferred) or health economics or statistics or related sciences Must have 7+ years of relevant HEOR and Market Access work experience with pharma, consultancy or biotech industry Experience in leading a team to deliver client requirements is advantageous Strong interpersonal and team working skills Ability and willingness to work on both technical (HEOR) and strategic (Market Access) project Strong presentation skills (including PowerPoint) required Good written scientific English Working knowledge of basic office applications, e.g. MS Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel Fluent English.
