Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Translate client business questions into proposed project plans, seeking appropriate input from colleagues, and confirm client buy-in before proceeding.
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on data validations
  • Provide recommendations based on analyzed data to solve various business problems and enable business strategy.
  • Acts as liaison with client and manages client contractual, organizational, and relationship needs/expectations
  • Manages project contractual deliverables and modifications by reviewing project progress, monitoring dashboards/metrics, and proactive identification, resolution/mitigation, and escalations of risks and/or issues. Serves as a point of escalation for project teams
  • Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages. Presents and defends analysis and secures approval on complex matters.
  • Understanding and interpreting the clinical trial protocols and real world data terms such as diagnosis ICD codes defining the diseases and/or treatments.
  • Research the standard of care for diseases or the products mentioned in the protocol to create precise reference tables. This could mean NDC lists or HCPCs Lists, or CPT lists or Surgery Lists etc.
  • Performing research and concisely summarizing said research regarding diseases, codes, testing or drugs as needed on time.
  • Collaborating with engagement managers, data scientists, and therapeutic experts.
  • Translating the clinical details to foster understanding across roles and suggesting approaches to manage/provide the necessary information.
  • Works with cross-functional teams of developers, clinical experts, methodologists, account directors, and senior management to deliver timely and qualitative updates of project timelines, scope, and utilization of resource hours..

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree with 5 years of experience in patient data analytics and at least 2 years as a lead or consulting project management role .
  • Or a Graduate degree with 3 years of experience in patient data analytics and at least 1 year as a lead or consulting project management role.
  • Solid functional knowledge of pharmaceutical development, real world evidence and health outcomes research.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills: This position often requires interaction with team members, colleagues and other stakeholders, so the ability to communicate is essential.

  • Must understand US Claims data
