Job description: HRBP Indore– Manufacturing – Manager –

o Looking for someone who has worked on a manufacturing set up and understand nuances of managing factory employees

o Looking for local candidates from Baddi or neighbouring locations

o Exp not more than 7-8 years

o If you have candidates from good institutes, lesser exp will also do

· JD as below: Accountability Cluster Major Activities / Tasks
I. Plan and execute recruitment process every month for PAN India by functioning between HRBPs and shared services partner.

Accountable for ensuring below activities through Team Members

· Preliminary screening of profiles

· Creating profile in RCM for candidate.

· Lining up interviews with business stakeholders and HRBPs as per SOPs

· Ensuring document upload in TyDy.

· Ensuring statutory form submission online by candidate.

· Ensuring disbursement of ipad to new joiness by providing information to concern team.

· Ensuring separation of candidate from previous organisation.

II. Execute and ensure smooth onboarding of new joinees.

Accountable for ensuring below activities through Team Members

· Planning MiCipla induction for all new joinees.

· Inviting candidate forMiCipla HR Field Induction.

· Delivery of quality Micipla HR Filed induction programme.

· Ensure all login credentials are shared with new joinees in timely manner

· Ensuring new joinee to take Global Micipla Induction.
III. Managing employee life cycle activities

Accountable for ensuring below activities through Team Members

· Execution of monthly promotion cycle

· Organising evaluation process of IJP applicants

· Execution of monthly transfer/ role change request with 100% accuracy
IV. Execute L&D initiatives for development of internal talent

Accountable for ensuring below activities through Team Members

· Psychometric test is undertaken by participants and

· Collaborate with L&D as per identified needs

· Ensure registration of participants in L & D program.

· Facilitating L&D initiatives in partnership with L & D Team

· Imparting need-based workshops/sessions on behavioural and people management skills
V. Implement employee engagement activities (common for all cluster) to create employee friendly work environment

Accountable for ensuring below activities through Team Members

· Executing monthly/quarterly employee engagement activities across levels

· Celebrating milestones promotions/work anniversaries on monthly basis
VI. Internal Communication

· Accountable for disseminating information to filed employee on below matters.

· Communication to filed employees on corporate initiatives.

· Real time information to filed employee on situation on ground involving threat of personal injury and possibilities of involved in undesirable circumstances like violence, harsh weather condition etc..

· All such communication which may impact filed working.
VII. Ad hoc work

· COVID 19 and other activities pertaining to safe guard of employee like, authorisation letter, vaccination drive, quarantine facility.

· Recurring activities like pharmacovigilance survey.

· Any other priorities and activities as directed by organisation.
IX. Employee Relations and disciplinary proceeding.

· Keep business running smoothly by balancing employee and management relation

· Implement policies and procedure.

· Resolve workplace conflict

· Address employee concern

· Advice manager.

· Conduct enquiry, investigation and disciplinary proceeding on case to case basis in line with organizational policy and law of land.

· Drafting of disciplinary letters.

· Awarding punishment basis principle of natural justice

· Counselling and advising sales team.
