We are looking for a Medical Illustrator who is excited about joining a growing team, working in an international environment. About the department Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore is a global RA hub consisting of 8 strong team of high calibre regulatory professionals. The objective of the team is to offer core Regulatory Affairs (RA) competencies enabling NovoNordisk (NN) secure fast, high quality product approvals. The team delivers full strategic and operational support on a global scale across value chain on core regulatory processes across NN product portfolio. We provide regulatory expertise and work very closely with our colleagues in RAHQ, Denmark (DK) as well as colleagues in our affiliates all over the world. The position As an Associate Regulatory Profession I in the Global Regulatory Affairs team, you will be responsible for Creation of global packaging material design for Novo Nordisk A/S by use of various graphic software’s Provides support on defined issues and contributes through application of expertise and knowledge, according to main job tasks. Conceptualize, design and develop outstanding creative based on written briefs that are given. Testing and improving the design of the website. Advanced understanding of design principles such as colour, typography, layout, and information design Ability to handle cross-browser issues and implementation. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring in line with NN branding. Working with different content management systems. Fluent with the Adobe suite – Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Illustrator Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes. Designing sample pages including colors and fonts. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure. Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards – GMP and ISO This position requires you to be highly creative, flexible and have learning mindset. Qualifications Below skills are required: Graduate/Postgraduate/comparable degree in graphical related field Minimum of 3-5 years of graphical design experience required Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Illustrator Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities PC illustration handling and colour separations Creation of Packaging material design for Novo Nordisk A/S by using various graphics software Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript. Good understanding of content management systems. Good understanding of search engine optimization principles. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues (like Laptop, Mobile & iPad). Excellent visual design skills. XML, Bootstrap and AJAX practices will be an added advantage Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques. Excellent communication skills.
