Works on sophisticated problems where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors within the SP Mobility environment and across 3rdparties. Works with Global TAC theatres and company-wide initiatives. Provide insights to Global TAC teams on the technology developments and focus on Talent development for the future. Routinely develop innovative solutions and capabilities for solving sophisticated problems. Who You Are B.TECH / M.TECH BE/ BS 15 + years of experience with Service provider Technology Experience in installing, configuring and solving Optical products with a specific focus on Routing(XR/XE), Mobility (4G/5G), and Optical (OTN, SONET, SDH) protocols and standards and complete SP knowledge. Ability to solve complex problems involving multiple Service Providers as well as provide root cause analysis. Experience in solving problems Metro DWDM, OLA, OADM, Multi-degrees and RAMAN amplified systems. Understanding of complete SP Solutions. Be able to use results from various test equipment, Experience in fixing Metro Core Understanding of SONET and SDH frame structure including timing and multiplexing. Circuit management and migration, alarm propagation and solve, Packet over SONET and Ethernet shared packet ring. Hands-on IOS-XR, IOS-XE platform is desired in case not worked need to learn and work on the products.
