Job Description Involved in new product scale up, process validation and commercialization by following TAPI Technology Transfer Policy and meeting regulatory requirements. Study of process of new molecules, Generation of kinetics & collection of data based on lab scale batches & R&D/Technology transfer dept.’s Outputs etc. Observe the R&D/MS&T Lab experiment /Plant Validation batches of Scale up & Solvent recovery implementation and preparation of demo report/observation report. Preparation of demo report of Pilot batches, Preparation of report of Commercial validation batches as & when required. Preparation of process Flow Diagram, P&ID, Equipment Layout & Specification sheets of Various Equipment’s. Preparing URS/Basis for Design (BFD) for various new equipment like Reactor, Centrifuge, ANFD, Agitator, Heat Exchanger, Vessel, Pumps, AOD & other systems.
