To engage with the Business Capability Leads and maintain a single source of truth for the HR Projects throughout the Release lifecycle, design status, component commits, delivery milestones and test progress so that that there is a single source of real time information at any timewith reducing lead-times and improved quality of execution. Engage with solution architect, platform components, and service designers to identify critical improvements and actions required to ensure the smooth delivery of Iconnect and other HR Programs. As a Technical Delivery Manager for a Project he needs to o Works closely with Business Capability Leads to ensure Project scope is defined on agreed milestone date to track and monitor the status of the Project scope o Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, scope changes, Trial plans and launches. o Ensure that platforms/components have sufficient capacity to meet delivery commitments. o Ensures that story and technical dependencies cross domains are identified and resolved/tracked so that the release is not put in jeopardy. o Maintain reports on delivery status including development, CIT and E2E Testing. Influence and negotiate with platforms to deliver to the agreed scope as per the Release timelines. Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews. Make sure that customer experience, customer feedback, quality of service and the competitive position of the products are appropriately monitored. Where problems arise, you make sure they get fixed Act as advocate for the products and champion of the customer. You make sure that internal stakeholders are aware of their benefits and that appropriate development resource is allocated to them Ability to independently drive change within the team that will improve the overall efficiency and throughput. A clear understanding of the business imperatives and how they align with the wider company strategy. The ability to build a strong and effective network of relationships that can be exploited to ensure that issues get resolved quicker. Focus on driving solutions rather than highlighting problems, working collaboratively across teams. Coach, develop and mentor direct reports and matrix team, sharing best practice, to ensure team operates effectively to achieve business benefits. To manage finances and resources to deliver business benefit within agreed budget limits. Make sure all legal or data privacy documentation is completed to enable product to come into service.
