Job description: AWS Cloud Infra Architect would work with customers to help them architect, develop and re-engineertheir infrastructure by leveraging AWS Cloud platform and taking advantage of the global scale, elasticity, automation, and high availability features.

AWS Cloud Infra Architect would work with customers to help them architect, develop and re-engineertheir infrastructure by leveraging AWS Cloud platform and taking advantage of the global scale, elasticity, automation, and high availability features. The Architect will make use of AWS cloud IaaS, PaaS, SaaS capabilities and others to design and buildsolutions. What You’ll Do . Help customers to architect and deploy AWS Cloud infrastructure required for buildingand running scalable and highly available application solutions . Building solutions for (but not limited to): . Infra migration . Storage, backup, DR, Compute . Cloud operations, monitoring . Cost optimization, scalability, high availability, faster time to market . Utilize Cloud Native and Hybrid Model to design and architect cutting edge solutions . Lead, coach team members, provide design solutions to teams, review the deliverables . Implement well-designed responsive highly low latency based secured, scalable, durable, resilient, fault-tolerant micro services-based global infrastructure . Implement and deploy infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principle . Good understanding of legal liability and compliance of infrastructure with respect to Country, Region, Industry. . Understanding of Federal Government application, server, and network security requirements such as ICD 503, FISMA and FedRAMP. . Experience designing Cloud migration strategy, different cloud models, cost estimations . Support DevOps team for infrastructure as code, continuous integration and automated deployment . Prepare the costing estimates for the solution proposed and present the solution to the customer . Build / Lead POCs . Help Application architect and team to design deployment of front-end/back-end applications. . Building and maintaining the common scripts and best practices and relevant documentation . Helping teams adopt and contribute to common tooling, frameworks, and seed repositories . Establishing processes and techniques for effectively sharing and versioning libraries and components across teams and products . Work in an agile team with product owners and engineers in a collaborative environment. . Participate in long- and short-term planning, develop and maintain personal schedule. . Working with global teams . While working on proposals: . Act as an anchor point and coordinate among team for various deal related tasks . Write responses for various questions asked in the proposal (e.g., Service desk, delivery etc.) . Review RFP/RFI docs (e.g., requirements, technical parts in contract docs etc.) Who You Are . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field). . 10-15 years of experience, majority of experience working for infra team for On-Prem/ Cloud/ Hybrid setups. 5+ years of relevant experience in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS). . Very good understanding of network design and architecting (i.e., network, protocols, firewall,routers, switches). . Good understanding of cloud technology and ability to architect multi-cloud and hybrid solutions . Layout infrastructure – CICD, and work with DevOps team to implement secured, scalable, durable, resilient, fault-tolerant micro services-based global infrastructure . Experience working with AWS Compute – EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, Beanstalk . Expertise working with cloud administration / monitoring tools, troubleshoot incidences and prompt alerts / reporting . Expert in Disaster Recovery Planning, Management and execution of strategy . Experience with configuration mgmt platforms (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible) . Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby, Go, etc.) . Experience working with CloudFormation / Terraform . Good to have understanding of cloud based front-end/back-end applications . Experience of working in highly collaborative teams using Agile Methodologies. . Ability to solve problems quickly and independently, but with a strong team spirit (helping others, asking for help, andtaking responsibility). . Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts, architecture, and technical strategy to other teams and leadership. . Experience designing/developing scalable systems . Experience working with various data stores: SQL, NoSQL, MogoDB, key-value store a plus . Good to have understanding of Frameworks: React, Redux, Angular Education qualification, Certifications: . B.E., B. Tech., or other technical graduation . Master’s degree in technical field would be added advantage . Must have AWS Associate Solution Architect/ Professional/ or DevOps certificate . Good to have relevant certifications in Security or Networking
