Job Overview: As the Solution Sales Specialist – Digital Transformation, you will be instrumental in crafting a winning technical solution that tightly aligns with our customer’s desired outcomes, industry best practices, Umbrella portfolio offerings, and emerging innovative technologies. Key Responsibilities: Determining the customer communication development tactics together with the Business Development Director and conducting Account Managers presales support Interaction with the Digital Lab team as part of Presale activities IT market analysis: analysis of global digitalization trends and analysis of industry markets from the point of view of demand in IT solutions (Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail industries) Preparing and conducting presentations for customers in the field of solutions offered by the Digital Lab (IoT, AI/ML, Big Data, AR/VR, CV, Could solutions and other) Determining the customer’s business requirements at the Presale stage Participation in meetings with customers as a functional and technical expert Preparing the functional and technical sections of commercial proposals Long-term sales development in key customers Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of the Industry 4.0 and digital technology of market: trends, directions, technologies, key players Experience of working as a Presale manager in the field of IT integration, digitalization Experience in technical and commercial proposal development Knowledge of local and English language with the capability to maintain correspondence and conduct negotiations in it Experience with advanced analytics/ML platforms. Strong understand technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, Big Data, AR/VR, CV and Cloud solutions. Expertise designing and delivering solutions Excellent client-facing manner and ability to liaise to C-level (role includes frequent presales, demonstration will be required) The role, responsibilities and geographical focus will change and develop over time along with the company’s rapid growth.
