External Job Title: Senior Analyst, Project Management Internal Job Title: Senior Analyst, Project Management Job Profile Code: 523898 Cohort: Analyst Department: 1755 Integration Services Program Management Reports to: Associate Manager, Project Management Title We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Integration Program Management Office team within our Integration Program Management division. Your job will be to support workflows and projects aimed at initiating, scoping and authorizing documents from clients. But enough about us let’s talk about you. A suitable candidate must have effective communication skills and some experience in handling projects and stakeholders. They must be a team-player and must be willing to learn and gain expertise in their process in a short span of time. They should also show willingness to contribute to the team’s initiatives towards optimizing the process. The Team: IPMO is responsible to manage the overall success of any project right from initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling through closure. The team is also accountable for controlling risks and minimizing uncertainty to any assigned projects. IPMO also supports workflows and projects aimed at initiating, scoping and getting authorization from clients on various documents (lab results, imaging results, patient demographics, charges, appointments, and prescriptions between athena, clients and trading partners) and act as a POC for any type of client escalations. Job Responsibilities Analyzing and working on related work queues, including requests from clients for integrations with medical facilities and healthcare vendors and moving the requests to the appropriate downstream teams Communicating with labs, hospitals, IT vendors, pharmacies and athena stakeholders to convey project status and timelines Managing a high volume of projects and maintain priorities Maintain queue SLAs and work towards achieving different metrics applicable to the team Maintaining SOP documents Engagement and active participation in athenahealth’s teaching and learning culture Typical Qualifications A minimum of 3+ years of Work experience Good communication skills Experience in Project Management & Stakeholder Management Proven record of effective contribution to the teams worked with before Willingness to work in the evening shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 PM) About athenahealth Here’s ourvision: To create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.
