Mission statements Responsible for Brand P&L delivery, growth and future plans. Rigorously think through all communications that go out to HCPs / consumer and build positive equity for the brand. Duties & Responsibilities To be responsible for the market share, growth, revenue and profit for the entire Channel Sales portfolio in India Develop marketing strategies to gain market share and achieve top line and bottom-line delivery as per target for priority brand Dulcoflex Periodically (Quarterly) plan and utilize Marketing budget by allocating resources for required products with the objective of maximizing return on marketing expenditure Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns for consumers/ HCPs across mediums including TV, Digital, Mobile, Print, Radio etc. and flawlessly execute them Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offerings, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct strategy if required by periodic travel to different geographies Conduct intense consumer research directly and through third party to constantly generate insights that can be applied to creative campaigns, product ideas or even on-ground changes Liase with Internal stakeholders (sales force, Industrial Affairs, Regulatory, Medical etc.) to ensure timely execution and price increase, margin improvement programs and External stakeholders (Creative, other Vendors) to ensure timely execution of New Product Development projects Develop, execute and monitor business plan for the new products development Actively coordinate with global counterparts & implement learnings & insights from various countries, Global growth hub Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language Demonstrated and recognized capacity to carry out activities for brand as per priorities and execute them flawlessly Ability to generate product concepts that help create the future for the brand Strong skills to read business trends and good business acumen Demonstrated capacity to lead challenging projects Ability to communicate brand plans and strategy to various stake holders Qualifications Post Graduate Degree in Management (Marketing) 5-6 years of relevant work-experience spanning Sales and Consumer Marketing Requirements of the job While the role is based out of Mumbai, this position requires market visits to various parts of country At Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values.
