Develop and design data models around stated use cases to gather client’s KPIs. . Ability to build workflows using ETL tools for data Extraction, transformation and loading. . Design end user interface, build reporting environment including data sources, security and metadata. . Work closely with the client and broader Architecture, Platform, Delivery team to implement in Agile fashion the architecture. . Altering the ETL process, providing transformations in SQL and deriving business and technical critical metrics . Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on development experience in building Data Solutions including ingestion, caching, processing, consumption, logging & monitoring. . Identifying patterns and trends in data sets. . Working alongside the business teams to establish business process and translate business requirements into non – technical use cases, lay terms [#video#https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/Mo1vwtVPVA0{#400,300#}#/video#] Minimum requirements . MBA with Graduate / Post Graduate in Medicine (MD/MBBS/BDS) Pharmacy / Life Sciences. . Proficiency in English is prerequisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage. . 3+ years’ experience in Enterprise Data, data modeling, data lake design, IT service portfolios & migration. . Good Experience in any of RDMS (SQL/Oracle), ETL tools like Alteryx or Informatica and reporting tools like Qlik or Tableau. . Knowledge in Big Data and concepts of DataLake is a plus. . In-depth knowledge and experience in implementing quality processes. . Excellent troubleshooting skills and Strong aptitude toward problem solving and working with large data sets.
