Overview

Business operations team at Walmart is building a home base for all operations capabilities in IDC. We are committed to increasing opportunities for automation and consolidation while continuing to nurture talent and create career opportunities for associates across all operations teams.

Your Responsibility

  • Understand Business processes/Problems and Propose Solutions.
  • Design VSMs for all processes
  • Own up implementation of all product / process recommendations
  • Prepare business cases and presentations support change management and process introductions
  • Working in specific areas / projects, product owners will act as an SME and a one point contact for implementations
  • Work with business owners, IDC managers, tech architect, project manager, Data analyst and MBBs where required for implementation of recommendations / solutions

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with 10+ years of experience in Retail / ecommerce companies.
  • Experience in leading product teams working on core retail products with focus on workflows and automation
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with an agile mindset
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with key partners across the enterprise
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to achieving objectives
  • Customer, End User, and Impact focused
  • Effective communicator to act as an advisor to senior leadership and partners
  • Flexible and adaptive in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent presentation skills
