Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli) Job description: 1.Receive audio recording of Physician – Patient interaction from US. 2. Categorize and summarize the physician and patient interaction under different fields like history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, plan details. . 3. Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record and generate the chart note. Benefits: . 5 days working in a week. .
