Job Description

responsibility:

• Administrative support to the Pharmacovigilance Medical Scientific Unit
• Tracking, filing and archiving incoming and outgoing safety information
• Monitors the requests for safety information received in the common designated mailboxes, clarifies these requests if needed and performs a preliminary collection of data necessary for answering these requests
• Retrieval of data/ performing queries in various Pharmacovigilance databases, in support of signal management activities and other safety evaluation reports
• Organize and schedule team calls and meetings; assist with meeting minutes, correspondence
• Basic quality check (consistency check / completeness check) of database data
• Ensures a good communication and collaboration with other Teva global departments, acting as a first contact point and offering initial clarifications about the contribution of the pharmacovigilance group to various types of common documents
• Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a global team environment
