The Role

Job Summary:-

Technical Instructor / Technical Trainer would be responsible in for imparting practical oriented skill-based training, assisting placement team in the employability of the students in reputed healthcare service providers for Job Roles Basic and Patient Care Assistant.

Responsibilities:-

-Imparting Training as per NSDC standards for Job Roles GDA – General Duty Assistant.

-Developing Training Delivery Template, Training Schedules, Guest Lecture Plan, Industry Visit Plan.

-Ensuring Logbooks are maintained by each student for all practical skills learned and documented in Logbooks.

-Compliance with the statutory, affiliation norms, and other general best practices.

Ideal Profile

-Fresher Bsc Nursing

-GNM nursing with minimum 3 years of experience.
