Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Fulfil the statutory compliances as applicable and to provide round the clock medical services at plant Conduct periodic health check-up, occupational health hazard assessment & suggest for improving the conditions at workplace to the management. Pre & Periodical medical examination of workers, employees to ensure fitness before deployment. Liaisoning with Health Authorities. First-aid care including emergency medical treatment. Developing Perspective & Operational Occupational Health Care Plan for the location keeping in view specific requirements of Plant. Occupational Health & General health awareness training including first aid training for the employees. To take charge as the treating and consulting doctor for medical needs of the plant employees. To ensure availability of basic medicines required in the OHC for day today running. Desired Candidate Profile To prepare annual budget plan for the OHC for approval and ensure running of OHC within the approved value. To conduct periodical health and hygiene survey across the plant periodically. To ensure adherence to SOP/WI in disposal of medical waste including used needles. To Coordinate with HO and Third party for Insurance claims Perks and Benefits Negotiable Education UG:MBBS in Any Specialization PG:Medical-MS/MD in Any Specialization
