The mission of DCV medical Affairs is to positively impact Health care professionals through highly scientific initiative to improve their understanding of Sanofi DCV products and ability to pass on the benefit of Sanofi DCV products to the appropriate patients. For this mission, we will need dynamic, Medical doctors to lead scientific discussions and strategic bent of mind, understanding the data gaps through relevant data generation and plug it. Duties & Responsibilities 1. Data dissemination: Weightage: 40% . Plan, collate, analyze, develop and execute medical initiatives in the portfolio . Develop omnichannel content and inputs for medico-marketing activities . Answering scientific queries of internal & external customers . Providing scientific information/literature to HCPs and . .Sales/Marketing/Training team Reviewing promotional inputs Reviewing HCP interaction activities Initiating and reviewing medical publications Medical support to local Pharmacovigilance contact for causality assessment Medical support to Regulatory affairs 2. Data Generation: Weightage: 30% . Support Global and local Data generation Studies . Support and follow up on ISS . Initiating and reviewing medical publications 3. Training: Weightage: 10% . On field training of Regional Medical Affairs team . Training of cross functional teams . On the job learning and execution of Omnichannel roll out 4. KOL interaction: Weightage: 20% . Conduct Face to face meetings . Execute KOL briefing plans for medico-marketing activities . Support Global and Local Investigator meetings Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language Thought leader engagement Scientific presentation at CMEs Speaker training Field force training Publication related activities Clinical research Advisory board meeting Ethics and compliance Core competencies: Medical expertise Training Medical writing Presentation skills Qualification: Post Graduate Medical degree preferably MD Pharmacology/Internal Medicine with 2-4 years of experience in Diabetes/ Super-specialty (Oncology, Hematology, Nephrology), preferably from Multinational companies and should have handled responsibilities related to Medical Affairs and clinical trials. The candidate should have in depth knowledge of clinical research and products in therapy area with broad knowledge and experience of Medical Affairs practices and latest updates in the pharmaceutical industry. This position will be based out of Head office in Mumbai, however will require frequent travel across the country. This position will suit an individual who is able to operate with discretion and confidentiality about sensitive data.
