Role Summary: This position is responsible to support KOL engagement, continuing medical education activities of Baxter India commercial business for Hospital Products business division. Area of Responsibility: lAct as Local Medical Affairs TA expert lSupport the Local TA leadership team in the development of TA, Launch and Brand strategies lDevelop Medical material, review marketing material, trainings lEnsure scientific and clinical accuracy for specific product or brand lDevelop Medical KOLs (national level) development plans lSupport and occasionally conduct Local internal training and ensure continuous Medical education of existing team members and new employees working in the Local TA lManage Local TA and support facilitation of Investigator-Initiated Sponsored Research lLead / support (depending on nature of study) Medical studies, assist to coordinate Local clinical projects and contribute to site selection for clinical projects lLead Local publication process, publication dissemination and alignment with Local, Regional and Global publication plan lAssimilate, process, and share medical information with stakeholders lProvide training to HCPs and support in realizing Medical educational events lInteract with Local stakeholders in Medical community in TA Qualifications: .MBBS/MD Pharmacology/ClinicalPharmacology/Medicine/ MS (Anesthesiology, or clinical nutrition) branch will be preferred .4-6 years of medical affairs experience desired in a reputed pharmaceutical/ healthcare company .Energetic and able to work independently .Good communication skills, both in English and local languages. .Positive attitude & strong interpersonal skills .Has exposure in medical device industry.
