Client Management, Implementation of strategies, process migrations/transitions, resource planning, identifying & working on projects involving process improvement, using all available resources to ensure delivery, E-sat. Managing single or multiple LOB’ s with group of 100-150 FTE’s, TL’s & AM’s. Owner of ensuring effective follow up of governance model with onshore & onsite teams. . Responsible to ensure proper implementation of process level strategies to ensure delivery of key SLA’s. . Coordinates with enabling units to help ensure smooth service delivery. . Employee Satisfaction. . Review process performance. . regularly & identify defects. . Second level of escalation. . Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute (Preferably MBA). . Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Typing speed of 30 WPM). . 6-8 years of experience in managing operations. . Good communication Skills (both written & verbal). . Candidate should be good in AR Follow Up Domain. . Candidate should have knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & ICD & CPT codes used on Denials. .
