You will lead the strategy and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across a global audience through compelling content, communication and experiences that tell the story and drive results. You’ll have the opportunity to communicate how nurture.farm’s solutions can solve the many problems and challenges across the agricultural and food systems from farmers to retailers to traders to field operators to institutional buyers to institutions to certifying bodies to corporates and end consumers. What you’ll do : Shape the marketing strategy and voice of the brand and products and help grow and engage a large global & rural user base through a mix of global and regional content strategies Create a ‘scalable’ content strategy that acquires and engages rural audiences like farmers, retailers and field partners & also for target groups like consumers & businesses. Closely collaborate with marketers, product managers, business leads, product designers, content creators, and field sales/operations to define and execute marketing initiatives. Work internally and externally with creative partners and agencies to develop their best work and drive business results. Building a culture of top-quality content development and distribution Meet business goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience What we are looking for: 8+ years of proven track record of creating marketing content to deliver customer acquisition growth and optimisation across traditional & digital channels, preferably working at a media company and/or in content marketing for consumer internet companies Establish, implement & measure the effectiveness of multi-channel content development & distribution initiatives to drive adoption, user growth and engagement of our mobile applications with social, physical and digital formats for brand and marketing. Work with the agency, internal design team to create all in-app marketing communications like banners, push notification, feed video, in-app gamification, WhatsApp messaging etc Experience with creating compelling stories & messages for different target demographics, from farmers to retailers to traders to field partners to institutional buyers to institutions to certifying bodies to corporates and end consumers, to achieve the desired positioning & results Leverage market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics. Leading content team/partners and overseeing content creation for all lines of businesses at nurture.farm. Proven track record driving organic traffic and content engagement. Conducting periodic usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gather data and handle analytics and make recommendations based on those results. Working with owners of particular content to revise and measure content and marketing goals Coordinating with Business teams and making sure content is delivered on time as per business objectives and collaborating with the product team to create visibility around quality and quantity of content created Conducting periodic competitive audits. Establishing workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content. Supervising the maintenance of content inventories and matrices. Ensuring consistent experience and implement appropriate localization strategies Supervising writers and content executives be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style. Develop editorial content calendar for the brand & all lines of businesses and also deliver content that is in line with SEO strategy to help drive organic growth Build, develop and manage relationships with agencies and other external partners Excellent creative strategist, storyteller, writer, and editorialist Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stimulating, multi-stakeholder and creative environment
