The primary focus of IT Solution group will be to develop the next generation LIMS (Lab Information Management system), Customer portals, Ecommerce solutions, ERP/CRM system & B2B platforms for various Laboratories and businesses. Key Requirements: Notice Period: Immediate to 60Days Exp: 7-12Yrs Skills: Public key. infrastructure, Layer 2 & 3 protocols, Network Job Location: Bangalore OVERALL OBJECTIVES: Ensuring service availability of the central PKI system by perform daily administrative tasks / acting as interface between the company and the PKI service provider Outline of the global company. SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS: Serve as the point of contact for internal certificate questions. Administer everyday workflow of PKI operations and certificate lifecycle processes and provide technical support to all participants. Coordinate with team to resolve issues within required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes to policies and procedures and evaluate implementations for team. Execution of change implementation tasks. Follow incident response processes to ensure PKI service availability to the business. Identify business requirements for new certificate types, create them and train company staff on appropriate usage. Establish 24×7 support for PKI management, with a combination of in-office and on-call resources, tailored to support the global workload. Provide 1st to 2nd line support and troubleshooting in case of PKI system issues and problems. Remain current with emerging certificate administration practices. Manage accurate inventory of active and inactive certificates, including accurate owner and usage information. Train end-users on processes for certificate distribution. Ensure all abovementioned activities are executed in line with agreed policies, best practices and standards. REQUIRED PROFILE: An associate degree in an ICT related field, or higher. At least 5 years of experience in IT System Operations. At least 3 years of experience as PKI Administrator (knowledge in Windows Active Directory Certificate Services is a plus, but not a must). Excellent skills in installation, configuration, migration and troubleshooting of enterprise-level IT infrastructure systems, components and related software. Sound understanding of ITIL and change management processes. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Additional language skills in French or German are a plus, but not a must. Profile description: Demonstrable service delivery experience in a global multi-cultural organisation. Good vendor-independent technical knowledge of PKI systems and their functionalities. Proven analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. . Strong customer (end-user) focused, team oriented communication skills Deep knowledge of current PKI administration best practices Successful experience delivering results from geographically disparate teams, including both local and remote resources and contending for heavily-utilised centralized resources.
