About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
2. Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and documents as asked by the HR manager
3. Work on screening resumes and application forms
4. Call candidates for the initial recruitment round and shortlist them
5. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
6. Create and maintain recruitment record sheets for all positions
7. Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
8. Prepare HR-related reports as needed
9. Work on addressing employee queries, overview behavior, and work ethics
