Job Location: Ahmedabad Offered CTC: Best-In-Industry About company: Client of CIEL HR, A leading CRO firm Job Purpose: The software project manager’s main responsibility is to support the R&D software team with Project Management, timely execution and deliverables. He/she is responsible for the planning, execution, reporting and closure of the projects by working together with the team. Job Responsibility: Monitoring the work progress, ensure timely delivery, investigation & resolution of queries, participating in status meetings, updating project progress to the stakeholders Manage daily workload in conjunction with HOD for case processing and any other tasks relevant to the Pharmacovigilance Department. Management of compliance with the Company Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements. Experience in managing the team of Data Entry, Quality Check and regulatory reporting of cases from safety database and other case management activities (as applicable). Act as a point of contact for client need and issue resolution Supports team members on Technical aspects. Supports client on any new requirement/ potential requirements on work managements Present capabilities to potential clients as required and supports Business development team Ensure smooth governance via participating in client status meeting and sharing internal status as required. Liaise effectively and maintain excellent relationship with the clients and external contacts. Resourcing and hiring as per project requirements. Management of Compliance with the Company Standard Operating Procedures and with regulatory requirements Generation, Review and execution of Standard Operating Procedures Communicate new or changed regulations to management and to relevant members of the department in order to initiate any change in processes Monitoring the work progress, ensure timely delivery, participating in status meetings, updating project progress to the stakeholders Assigning/reassigning tasks to reporting staff To contact, as required, the UMonitoring the work progress, ensure timely delivery, participating in status meetings, updating project progress to the stakeholders Liaise effectively and maintain excellent relationship with the clients and external contacts. Qualification: A graduate degree/post graduate degree in pharmaceutical sciences/Life Sciences/Medical Science pref MBBS/MD. Place in the Organization: Reports to the VP -Pharmacovigilance.
