Key Responsibilities
Team Lead Responsibilities

• Performs multi-faceted analytics for data and report analysis with minimal direction

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend changes to improve quality and streamline

processes.

• Ability to think logically and process sequentially with a high level of detailed

accuracy.

• Familiarity with claims payment and reimbursement me thodologies as well as

medical policy rules and edits.

• Facilitate cross-functional process gap analysis and recommends future state

process enhancements to drive efficiency and quality improvements.

• Supports product vision and roadmap to help position the organization for growth and scalability,

effectively leverages technology to drive automation and innovation.

• Works closely with Business Teams & other stakeholders to ensure requirements are well documented

and meets the strategic objectives of the projects.

• Collaborates with the IT team to ensure workflow supports both the “what” and the “how” aspects of

the work

• Prioritizes backlog, defines and decomposes features and epics of the product into User Stories and

defines acceptance criteria for Features

• Attends Product team events, Sprint Planning and Sprint Demo for each team
• Works directly with the delivery team to set clear expectations, to accept or reject deliverables
• Decides most appropriate release date for content, adjusting features and priorities as needed

Skills, Experience, and Other Requirements

• Clinical or product background preferred
• Pharmacist or Medical Degrees (MBBS or other)
• 3 + years of experience working with Cotiviti.
• Rating of Successful Performance and above in the current Appraisal cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in process definition and continuous quality improvement
• Flexibility in thought and approach to problem solving
• Ability to understand process inputs/ outputs and effects of all
• After hours and/or weekend work required where necessary for major

deliverables/ deadlines (not consistent
