The Healthcare Practice within BGSW comprises of three distinctive sub-practices with Global P&L responsibilities: * Innovative regulated Medical Devices development and their GTM forays (focus Medical Screening Solutions)
- Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) software Platform development and their GTM forays
- Software and Connectivity offerings to Global Clientele in Service-Delivery model
The BGSW Healthcare Practice directly reports to Bosch-India Executive Leadership; As well has a direct functional reporting to Principal Bosch Healthcare Solutions GmbH, headquartered in Germany.
Job Description
As a clinical consultant, you will support and work closely with Healthcare product development teams towards:
1.Successful adoption of Bosch solutions by clinical fraternity (physicians, technicians in clinics and labs).
2.Provide clinical guidance, clinical insights and direction to Healthcare Product engineering teams enabling in design and development of innovative products/solutions.
3.Translate advancements in Clinical fields with special focus on diagnostics and screening solutions into evolution of relevant requirements for product/solutions.
4.Create relevant clinical study protocols, regulatory/ethics documentation and onboarding of partners and vendors for ground truth data collection, field validations and clinical trials.
5.Anchor as Point of Contact for regulatory, medical fraternity and key opinion leaders for furthering the business forays of product/solutions
6.Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to publish novel methods and means in renowned scientific and medical journals.
Qualifications
1.Full time Degree in clinical field (e.g., MBBS, MD, etc)
2.10+ years of overall experience working in multi-disciplinary environments and cross-functional teams within healthcare/MedTech/Pharma industry
3.Exposure to clinical research/clinical trials
4.Exceptionally self-motivated and directed – Have high energy to lead by being a key enabler
5.Possess strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills – defend ideas with objectivity (drives issue resolution).
6.Strong written, verbal and communication skills including business writing & presentation.
Additional Information
This position will have a direct interface to Healthcare practice leader and will liaison with counterparts at Principal Bosch Healthcare Solutions GmbH, Germany.
This position involves extensive influencing with external partners and Healthcare ecosystems.
The position will involve local & international business travels.
