Job Purpose (1-2 Lines)
To work on qPCR based-assay for expression and genotyping, and NGS-based assay to support drug discovery efforts.
Key Responsibilities: (Maximum 5-8 Points)
Development and optimization of qPCR and NGS assays for clinical and translational research.
Work on cutting edge NGS assays like RNA-seq, Whole Exome Sequecning, single cell genomics & spatial genomics.
Review of NGS QC data, work with a team of bioinformatics specialists. Writing project reports, manuscripts, developing and reviewing SoPs.
Working on multiple projects and effective communication with stakeholders. Ensuring quality of work and delivery of results in stipulated time frame.
Educational Qualification:
Master s Degree in Life Sciences
Technical/functional Skills: (Maximum 4-6 Points)
Demonstrable experience genomics in research.
Strong expertise in modern genomics methods. NGS experience is required and basic understanding of with NGS data analysis.
Experience with single cell genomics or spatial transcriptomics will be advantageous.
Basic molecular and cell biology techniques.
Presenting data, write reports and manuscripts.
Experience with LIMS and NGS automation will be plus.
