About the Department

QAudits support team in GBS is a part of Novo Nordisk QAudits and our mission is to provide executive management with the assurance of highest quality for patients, ensuring product quality and compliance and driving improvements and simplicity across Novo Nordisk.

The QAudits Support team in GBS is part of the Business Support department in QAudits reporting to the Manager & EA to the CVP of QAudits, located in Denmark. The team is delivering administrative support, management reporting, coordination and planning for the 60 auditors and 10 managers. The team also drives identification, optimisation and automation of support processes in collaboration with the sister team based in Denmark. The team is also responsible for the risk assessment and audit planning process across five GxP audit domains.

QAudits conduct more than 800 audits annually and have process responsibility for the audits conducted globally within a variety of GxP expertise such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GCP (Good Clinical Practice), GDP (Good Distribution Practice), PV (Pharmacovigilance)and GLP. Quality Audits has an engaging work environment, with collaboration across the organization and people with many different backgrounds.

The Position

As an Associate Manager heading up the QAudits Support team, you will be responsible for developing and leading the team and responsible for setting team targets, performance of the team and for the quality of output and results created by employees in the team. You will drive continuous improvement of the QAudits Support team and efficient change management related to the roll out of improvements. This should be done through development of the individual employee and the collective capacity of the team.

You will lead, engage and develop employees in the team and support and work on the digitalisation initiatives in Quality Audits, build digital competencies particularly within Alteryx and Tableau within the team and ensure co-ordination and collaboration with the CoE team and digital quality team members where applicable.

In this position you will report directly to the Manager & EA of QAudits.

Qualifications

You hold a master’s degree in relevant field with 5+ years of experience working in optimization, digitalization, managing different stakeholders and handling teams as well as projects.

You should have good understanding of Quality and Pharma business with change management capabilities with passion for leadership.
