Job description: Join our Change and Transformation team a play a pivotal role in driving change initiatives across our finance functions while driving your career in a supportive and inclusive environment.
As an Executive or Assistant Manager, you’ll use your understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes as you partner closely with our finance teams to support change and global transformation initiatives across Shared Services Operations, Transition, Business Performance Management and Resilience Planning. With great attention to detail and the ability to deal with complex issues and structures, you’ll be responsible for managing large workstreams or conducting process diagnostics, uncovering opportunities, conceptualising solutions, and improving processes. Using your sharp Business Analysis skills, you’ll also build strong qualitative and quantitative business cases to support management decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will have an MBA and come with 4-7 years of experience in the finance industry with an understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes such as period end close processes, month end checks and general ledger hygiene activities, account payables, account receivables and other processes supporting Finance Operations.
